Forget the "R"

“Nobody ever gets elected president by running on their party label,” said Charlie Black, a senior McCain adviser, in a politico.com story today. “The character, the qualities, the independence — that certainly allows [McCain] to rise over the party label. It is more important than usual to rise above the party label.”

So, let's get this straight - the Republican nominee wants to 'rise above' being a Republican?

But it was me who 'threw away' his vote by voting Ron Paul?
