I’ve been Fox News-free for ten days!
Already, I can feel the difference. I go to sleep without the fear of war by morning. That incessant Fox Alert ‘gong’ no long rings in my head. I’m feeling more fair and balanced every day.
They say it takes 21 days to break a habit. I’m half-way there!

I agree that Fox has become a tad strident on national security events. But - my problem is what's the alternative for news - esp. political coverage. My current cable choices (CNN and MSNBC) are so deceptively and predictably liberal leaning in their analysis of news events, that I can hardly stand watching them.
Agreed. It can get pretty thick on CNN and MSNBC. There seems to be no neutral TV media.
